You agree to use our courses and materials solely for your personal learning and professional development. You will not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer protected areas, or misuse content or accounts.
- Access is non-transferable and tied to your individual account.
- Automated scraping or bulk downloading of lessons or resources is not permitted.
- We may suspend access to maintain security or integrity.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- Only one active session per user may be enforced to prevent abuse.
- We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through the cart workflow. Refunds follow a fair-use policy before course start dates and may be prorated for partially consumed content.
- Taxes, fees, and currency conversions may apply.
- Refund requests must include order ID and purchase email.
- Refunds are not available after certificates have been issued.
Course Access
Access durations are displayed at checkout. Some materials may be downloadable for personal offline reference where explicitly permitted.
- We may update or replace lessons with improved versions without prior notice.
- Beta or preview content may be unstable and subject to removal.
- Certificates require completion of mandatory modules and assessments.
Conduct & Safety
Follow safety rules rigorously for all hands-on activities. Unsafe behavior may lead to removal without refund to protect others and the facility.
- Always wear required protective gear and follow instructor directions.
- No harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
- Report hazards or equipment issues immediately.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We may reschedule classes for instructor availability or safety reasons. If rescheduled, you can attend the new session or request a refund per policy.
- Student cancellations should be submitted before the cutoff time shown at checkout.
- No-shows may forfeit fees.
- We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, text, diagrams, and brand elements, is protected. Do not reproduce, record, or redistribute without written permission.
- Limited personal license is granted for enrolled learners.
- Attribution does not replace licensing where required.
- Trademarks and service marks remain property of their owners.
User Content
If you submit reviews, project photos, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content in connection with our services.
- Do not share content that infringes others’ rights or violates laws.
- We may remove content that breaches guidelines.
- You remain responsible for your submissions.
Privacy
